These terms govern your use of Barossa Taxi services and our website at barossataxi.net.au. By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Bookings are confirmed upon verbal or written agreement with our driver or operator. For airport transfers and tours, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability.
If you need to cancel a booking, please call us as early as possible on 0447 958 346. We understand plans change and will always try to accommodate. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice for airport transfers may incur a partial fee.
Local taxi fares are calculated on the standard South Australia taxi tariff. Fixed-price transfers (including airport runs) are agreed and confirmed before travel commences — no hidden fees or surcharges will be added after that agreement. All fares include GST.
Barossa Taxi takes all reasonable care to transport passengers safely and punctually. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including flight delays, road closures, or extreme weather. We carry appropriate public liability and passenger insurance as required under South Australian law.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service where passenger conduct is deemed unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
